Excellent place if you stay for one night. The deluxe king room is a decent size and has an electric kettle, central heating, and an iron and ironing board. The rate is £ 76, satisfied. It boasts a peaceful and decent location; close to Liverpool for the day on the train as well as the railway station going into Southport or towards Liverpool.

The deluxe double room had an electric kettle, central heating, and an iron and ironing board, facilities worked for us. Loved every detail about my excellent 1 night stay here. The employees were attentive all the time. The breakfast had lots of excellent food and drinks. I found the hotel's location perfect, very close to bat's restaurants and independent shops. Besides, the property was 3 km away from a Southend pier.
